You'll oversee scheduling, payroll, budgets, and operations, while also participating in leadership programs, conducting one-on-ones, and collaborating with the GM on sales and performance. Depending on the day, you may handle hiring, training, or executing leadership meetings. It's a dynamic role with plenty of variety and opportunities to keep things on track. Ensure the facility consistently delivers top-quality service and guest satisfaction, focusing on guest needs and maintaining a positive environment. Hire, train, and empower team members to provide exceptional guest service, with regular feedback and coaching for improvement. Work closely with department managers to ensure coordination and smooth operations across all areas of the facility. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized facility, ensuring all systems and procedure salign with company standards. Address customer comments and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Maximize financial performance by supporting business plans, managing staffing, and leveraging local marketing opportunities. Utilize leadership skills to improve team performance. Qualifications Candidates for this role should bring 3–5 years of proven leadership experience, particularly in managing and mentoring large teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while solving problems effectively.
