Description

* Oversee the finance function across controllership, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance. * Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing as per US GAAP and Indian GAAP. * Lead SOX compliance program and internal control implementation. * Review statutory audits, tax filings, and ensure regulatory compliance (MCA, RBI, GST, etc.). * Manage internal and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, regulators. * Ensure robust working capital and cash flow management. * Implement and enhance internal policies, SOPs, and ERP controls (SAP S4 HANA). * Drive financial governance, risk management, and support strategic decisions. * Represent finance in board meetings, investor presentations (if applicable).
