We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a strong background in beverage and bar operations to join the leadership team of our highly successful seafood restaurant. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven management experience in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong focus on bar/beverage operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both guest interactions and team management
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, cost controls, and operational best practices
• A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
• Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house staff with a focus on bar and beverage service excellence
• Oversee beverage program execution, including ordering, inventory management, and cost controls
• Maintain and enforce high standards of guest service, food quality, and bar presentation
• Manage scheduling, staff performance, and team development to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with the culinary team for seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Monitor and control operating costs while ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
