The AGM plays a key leadership role in developing team members, ensuring brand standards are met, and creating a positive, high-performance. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. Support achievement of sales, labor, and food cost goals. Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and waste. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization according to Firehouse Subs brand standards. Team Leadership & Development Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders. Create and support staff schedules to meet business needs and labor targets. Lead shifts and model exceptional customer service. Guest Experience Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Administrative Duties Assist with cash handling, deposits, and daily reports. Maintain food safety logs and required documentation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or quick-service industry. Strong understanding of labor management and cost controls. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Organizational and time management skills
