Fort Myers Florist is looking for an Assistant General Manager to oversee our multistore operation in both the Fort Myers and Naples FL locations. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of employees, and supporting the General Manager in achieving business goals. This role requires a strong eye for design, color, and detail, along with excellent customer service skills and great communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and handling floral tools and materials.
