Are you an experienced restaurant professional with a passion for leadership and customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team and help drive the success of our restaurant.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of restaurant experience
✔ Prior managerial experience
✔ Hands-on experience in all FOH positions
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Proficiency with communication technology (email, chat, group chat)
✔ Experience working with team-based staff groups
✔ POS experience – both usage and maintenance
✔ Ability to work long shifts
✔ Excellent customer service skills
✔ Serve it Right certification (or equivalent safe alcohol service certification)
✔ Strong team leadership and social skills
