  An Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day operations of a business, including staff management, scheduling, training, ensuring compliance with policies, monitoring performance, addressing customer concerns, and assisting with overall business strategy, acting as a key leader in the absence of the GM. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations and achieve company goals

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous shift lead, assistant manager or manager in a quick service restaurant, bakery, or coffee shop
• Ability to learn the company’s POS system, menu, and procedures
• Warm, outgoing personality with the ability to display exceptional hospitality
• Able to stand for long hours, lift and carry up to 30 lbs, use stairs
• Maintain excellent grooming and appearance
