Key Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction - Support the management team in implementing policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and profitability - Supervise and motivate staff across departments, fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control initiatives - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy - Assist in training and development programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational skills - Regularly covers front desk shifts.
