Key Front-of-House Responsibilities * Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit * Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience * Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café * Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision * Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service * Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism * Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently You’re a Great Fit If You Bring * A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic * Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus) * Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations * A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality * Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Compensation & Benefits * Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour.
