SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title  AGM–Installation & Commissioning (I&C) Reporting To Head Projects Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level 2B   Job Objective   Lead multi-site Installation & Commissioning programs end-to-end—from pre-install readiness and site mobilization through SAT (Site Acceptance Test), handover, and stabilization. Drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost outcomes while building high-performing field teams and ensuring best-in-class customer experience.. Key Responsibilities     Responsibilities KPIs 1) * Own I&C scope, plan, and schedule across multiple concurrent sites using MSP/Primavera.  * Oversee installation, utility hookups, dry/wet runs, FAT/SAT, performance tests, and handover.  * Lead risk assessments (HIRA/JSA), method statements, permits, and lift plans   2) * Approve installation drawings, redlines, test protocols, and commissioning procedures.  * Drive first-time-right commissioning, root cause analysis, and defect elimination.  * Establish standardized commissioning checklists, punch lists, and as-built documentation 3) * Track budgets, variations, and milestone claims; certify job measurements.  * Manage subcontractors: selection, onboarding, performance, and closeout.  * Maintain project documentation: ITPs, MDRs, RAMS, handover dossiers, O&M packs. 4) * Build and mentor I&C engineers, supervisors, and technicians, plan rotations & upskilling.  * Run daily/weekly site reviews, publish dashboards, and manage customer communications. SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS   Education B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Mechatronics (M.E./M.Tech preferred). Experience * 12–18 years in Installation & Commissioning with 4–6 years in a leadership role; multi-site exposure. * Certifications (nice-to-have): PMP/Prince2, Six Sigma (GB/BB), NEBOSH/IOSH, LOTO, HV Switching, ATEX/IECEx (industry dependent).
