Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant, banquet, and bar operations to ensure seamless service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience Train, supervise, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service while upholding the restaurant's high standards Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational readiness across all areas of the restaurant Oversee banquet operations, ensuring successful execution of events, service standards, and guest satisfaction Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock of ingredients, supplies, beverages, and equipment Provide bar program oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and execution across all beverage offerings Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment Support budget planning, cost control, and overall financial management Qualifications: 5 years' experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns. Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software.
