Build strong sourcing pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies. Conduct structured screenings, manage interview panels, and maintain scorecards. Manage offers, BGV, pre-boarding, and ensure flawless Day-1 readiness. Maintain dashboards for pipeline status, hiring velocity, and quality of hire. *3. HR Coordination & Employee Support* Support HR in implementing policies, handbooks, compliance updates, and obtaining employee acknowledgments. Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, probation, transfers, exits. Maintain clean and accurate attendance, leave, and shift records. Ensure employee files, compliance documents, and acknowledgments are always up-to-date. *4. IT Liaison & Asset Management* Coordinate with IT for laptop provisioning, access creation (email, tools, VPN/RDP), and deprovisioning. Maintain a real-time inventory of laptops, accessories, and licenses. Track IT issues, raise/follow-up on tickets, and ensure timely closure. Support basic troubleshooting during night shift until IT team resolution. *5. Vendor, Finance & Compliance Administration* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and service quality. Verify invoices, track payments, and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Maintain all operational trackers, SOP repositories, logs, and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit readiness, and data security norms. *6. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement* Create simple, high-clarity dashboards for SLAs, operational metrics, and turnaround times. Identify inefficiencies, propose fixes, and roll out process improvements. Document new processes and train the team to ensure consistency and quality. *KPIs for Success* Onboarding SLA: 100% of new hires fully ready on Day 1. Offboarding SLA: Access deactivated within 2 hours every time. Recruitment SLAs: Shortlist shared within 72 hours Time-to-offer within 21 days Operational Timeliness: 95% tasks completed before or on deadline. Compliance: 100% of SOPs, checklists, and records audit-ready at all times.
