Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence throughout the Guest experience. From floor management to team coaching, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgency
  • Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guide
  • Develop and mentor frontofhouse Team Members through feedback and leadership
  • Manage Guest flow, reservations and highvolume service with precision
  • Execute and uphold all M Street standards and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to add value to the Guest experience
  • Champion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when needed
  • Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trust
  • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
