( having HNI database-added advantage )  * Ability to develop trust and loyalty of HNI customers.  * Ability to  curate new concepts to bring in Right TG to mall. * Execution of events for HNIs.  * Ability to do strategic alliances with star hotels, premium clubs, expat community and HNI groups.  * Business savvy * Entrepreneurial drive * MARCOM * Nurture relationship * Ability to conceptualize and implement new activities * Customer Service / Brand management * Communication - Oral and writing skills * Media Planning acumen Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job  Responsible for developing, planning and effectively executing of annual Marketing calendar events (non-revenue generating) in the mall in order to enhance consumption, increase footfalls and gain media mileage. Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have,   to achieve the key objectives) * Develop ideas for events & activities based on determination of target groups to be focused on  festivals/ seasonality, successful events in the past, customer expectations etc.  * Evaluate all ideas and curate events / activities that meet the  parameters such as brand positioning, PR mileage, increase in quality footfalls, sales at retailer stores that can be achieved etc.  * Strategic deals & associations with luxury magazines, clubs, OOH, 5 star & luxury hotels, Golf events, Racecourse, HNI groups to have a continuous brand visibility & engagements with Luxury clientele. * Have acumen to socialize with HNI’s, curate events and activities that drives them to luxury retail brand stores for shopping. * Obtain inputs from the creative/other Event agencies on the new events that can be conducted at the mall. * Develop the content for the digital media regularly showcasing brands and collections in an elevated manner in liaison with the creative agency and ensure that contents are updated by the digital agency as per the plan all the time. * Develop an annual marketing calendar of Mall (including print & Digital media plan) and   brand association properties that enhance the brand and build a deeper level connect with the Luxury clientele. * Develop good rapport with retailer brand marketing teams and bring their events to Mall, jointly plan and amplify retailer events for Mall and retailer brands to get maximum sales benefit. * Provide the concept and objective of the event, brand guidelines, target group details, cost estimate, layout of the advertising campaign etc.  to the creative agency  * Identify sponsors for the various mall events , interact with them to explain the concept, objective and target group of the event and finalize sponsorship deals * Ensure tracking of  the expenses/ spend on the events and any deviation from the budget on a regular basis
