Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role manages staffing, training, budgeting, and cost controls while driving guest satisfaction and team performance. Serving as a hands-on leader, the Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager resolves guest concerns, maintains brand standards, and supports the General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals. Weekend and evening coverage as Manager on Duty is required.
