You will be responsible for key areas of the business and will be accountable for all aspects of the business when deputising for the General Manager.

Job Description

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
• Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure our team can be their best everyday
• Support the General Manager to maximise all sales opportunities for your business, delivering against agreed sales and volume targets, and profit and loss accounts
