Starting wage: $55,556.80 per year

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking an operationally strong, people-first leader with a passion for delivering great guest experiences and supporting others to succeed. The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1–2 years of recent leadership experience, ideally in hospitality or food & beverage
  • Strong ability to lead shifts and support restaurant operations day-to-day
  • Experience supervising and coaching teams of 10+ people
  • A working knowledge of labour, food costs, and productivity measures
  • Solid computer literacy with experience using scheduling or inventory systems
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach — someone who gets things done
  • Confidence in giving feedback, celebrating wins, and addressing issues with professionalism
  • A strong guest service mindset and commitment to consistency and quality
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent) preferred
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays

YOUR ROLE AS ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As an Assistant General Manager, you’re the right hand to the Restaurant Manager — a key operational leader who helps build strong teams, run great shifts, and deliver on restaurant goals.
You’ll lead by example, uphold McDonald’s standards, and coach your team to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for every guest. You’re a culture carrier — helping create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and proud to work.
