OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards in food quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, as well as experience in food service management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food management or food service management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
  • Previous experience in bartending or bar management is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas.

  • Support bartending operations, ensuring a well-stocked bar and adherence to drink recipes.
  • Assist in catering events, coordinating logistics to ensure successful execution.
