Olive U Mediterranean Grill is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to support our team at our Delray Beach location by driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory control, and assisting in the training and development of staff while ensuring that our market strategies align with company goals.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous restaurant experience in an Assistant Manager role or similar supervisory position is required.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
  • A background in training development is advantageous, as is experience in market analysis or strategy implementation.

EDUCATION:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
