POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in the successful day-to-day running of the restaurant. The AGM is instrumental in leading the front-of-house team,elevating the guest experience,driving commercial performance,and maintaining standards of elegance and hospitality that align with Richoux’s refined identity. This role also supports team development and succession planning across the operation.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Lead service delivery with warmth,precision,and consistency.
  • Handle guest feedback with care,professionalism,and resolution.
  • Support memorable experiences through tableside theatre and daily rituals.
  • Ensure FOH team members demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or AGM role within a premium hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership,communication,and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware with a deep understanding of hospitality operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural passion for elegant guest experiences.
