EXPERIENCE:
o 5+ years of progressive hotel management – Required
o Previous experience managing multiple departments, direct reports - Required
o Proficiency in analyzing and managing financial statements
o Excellent organizational skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to adapt to changing business demands, guest and team member needs
o Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the hotel
o Possess a gracious, friendly and approachable demeanor
o Ability to build and support high-performing teams
o Ability to interpret guest feedback and implement service enhancements
o Results oriented with ability to work under pressure
EDUCATION: Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field – Preferred

Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager works across all disciplines to deliver exceptional experiences. The Assistant General Manager is responsible to oversee the overall operation of the hotel, being accountable for the safety and welfare of the hotel guests and employees and providing leadership and management for all operational hotel personnel: directly for key management personnel, and indirectly for management and non-management personnel.
