Responsibilities

Guest Experience:

Operations Leadership:

  • Develop your team’s excellence through coaching and training on operational standards, menu knowledge, and service protocols.
  • Model our culture and values, setting the tone for a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Inspire your team’s performance, providing constructive feedback and celebrating successes.
  • Create team schedules and ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Financial Performance:

  • Coach your team to understand the impact of their actions on sales and inventory.
  • Model financial responsibility through effective inventory management and cost control practices.
  • Motivate your team to contribute to sales targets and achieve financial goals.
  • Review sales and trends, help initiate sales growth programs and learn profit vs. loss statements.

Conducts a wide variety of administrative duties in support of restaurant operations as it pertains to teammates and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
The RIGHT person needs the following experience and qualities:
Previous Hospitality and Culinary Manager experience or prior General Manager experience (Experience must be in a full service restaurant with full bar)
Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.)
Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented
Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to our company policies
Must be passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest and employee experiences
Must be able to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
