POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A passion for food and hospitality.

· Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
· Train, supervise, and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service and performance.
· Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
· Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
