YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT SQUEEZE Deliver and uphold an exceptional, hospitality-driven guest experience Drive membership growth, retention, and rebooking performance Coach and develop front desk team members in real time Monitor and improve key business metrics (revenue, utilization, performance) Support hiring, onboarding, and training Build and maintain staff schedules Help to resolve employee relations and guest issues, while also maintaining culture and morale Manage inventory and minimize shrink Fostor meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests Act as Manager on Duty and lead the floor on scheduled days, including management of Maitre D's and Massage Therapists.
