Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions. Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: • Provide appropriate quotes and market colors for repo and funding products to TMG Marketers. • Ensure all the documentation and communication with dealers and marketers/customers meet legal and compliance requirements. • Ensure deal executions with both internal desks and external inter-bank counterparties follow the Bank’s internal procedures and are compliant with set regulations. • Develop the best practice and procedure and interaction with both middle office and internal support functions for smooth and high quality operation and control. Requirements: 1. Education Qualification: • Degree holder in Economics or Finance or related discipline. 2. Working Experiences: • Minimum 6-7 years working experience in sales/ structuring/ trading on various financial products with banks. 3. Professional Qualification / HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework Qualification / Professional Examination / License: • Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities; • Holder of Certified Senior Treasury Management Professional (CSTMP) under the HKMA ECF on TM is preferred. 4.
