JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and adventurous Assistant Manager to lead operations at Sunrise Grill—Kirkwood’s on-mountain, ski-in/ski-out dining destination. This location serves up quick-service lunch, grab-and-go snacks, and hearty BBQ menu items when the weather allows. The Assistant Manager fully oversees daily operations, staff management, food quality, and guest experience for this unique mountaintop venue.
Because Sunrise Grill is only accessible via skis or snowboard, this role requires intermediate to advanced skiing/riding ability. In addition, during winter storm cycles, the team is responsible for snow mitigation—digging out and preparing the location to welcome guests each day. If you thrive in a high-energy, outdoor environment and can lead a team with skill and enthusiasm, this is your mountain office.
