  • Confidence with finding solutions and resilience to daily challenges.
  • Experience with managing team development.
  • Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business.
  • Challenging the norm & using creativity & initiative to drive sales whilst building a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
  • Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.
  • Comfortable working within & managing a team of 40 Team Members.
  • Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
  • Confidence to let your personality shine.
  • Strong experience within a floor-focused environment. 80% of your time must be spent on guest engagement, shift-running & team coaching.
  • Passion for fresh food.
  • Appetite for progression
