We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and shape the guest experience.
About the Restaurant:
As AGM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive excellence in service, team performance, and overall operations — all while fostering a high-energy, supportive culture. You’ll lead by example, developing team members, supporting strategic goals, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing front-of-house operations and supporting back-of-house collaboration
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to grow personally and professionally
  • Supporting scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting tasks
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, team morale, and service consistency
  • Partnering with the General Manager on long-term planning and improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • A passion for hospitality and creating standout guest experiences
  • Comfortable managing high energy, event-based service environments
  • Organized, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and event days
  • Ability to start ASAP
