The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager in driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand. Training: Support the onboarding and ongoing development of new team members to ensure they meet brand expectations. Ambassador: Act as a role model for the "Train Different" philosophy, fostering an energetic and welcoming environment. Sales & Growth Lead Production: Assist in managing the guest pipeline, including lead generation, outreach, and touring prospective members. Goal Achievement: Help the team reach monthly membership and private coaching targets. Promotions: Execute in-club events and community outreach to drive awareness and new member sign-ups. Operations & Service Member Retention: Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate. Club Excellence: Conduct regular "walk-throughs" to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully functional. Admin Support: Assist the GM with scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer systems (Office/Google Workspace). Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
