We are about to open our newest location in Franklin, and we need a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our fast-paced, high-energy store. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

  • Customer Service: Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of our bagels, spreads, and beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support the General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Help monitor and manage labor and food costs to meet budget goals.

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry.
