  • Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment (2+ years).
  • A passion for exceptional service and a track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • A natural problem solver, with the ability to think on your feet and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Financial and operational acumen, including managing stock, budgets, and financial performance.
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on creating a positive working environment and high team morale.
Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in running daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Take charge of guest relations, resolving issues and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
  • Oversee financial performance, including managing costs, stock control, and achieving sales targets.
  • Help manage the guest experience, ensuring Wingmans’ high standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
