The Woodlands Bar & Grill are looking for motivated and experienced individual to join our team
Ensuring exceptional service is delivered at the Woodlands to each guest in line with the company’s standards
Anticipate guests’ needs wherever possible and promote hospitality, enhancing guest satisfaction
Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure a well rounded and coordinated service is delivered on each shift.
Actively consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints
Overall stock control of the restaurant & bar to ensure maximum yield in line with GP.
Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the Woodlands and whenever appropriate
Identify market trends, needs, survey competition, participate in public relations and other promotional activities designed to enhance the image and profitability of the Business
Recruit, train and develop your team in line with IHR and brand standards
Essential experience in product knowledge, weekly ordering, staff rotas & Entertainment

Salary: £28,000 / £32000 depending on experience
