As an Assistant General Manager you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations! Responsibilities: Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer After the customer is done ordering repeat the order to the customer Repeats order and show them their meal for accuracy Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met. Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concerns Understands follows and executes all food safety and work safety requirements Ensures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO) Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Provides on-going coaching to store team. Identifies when processes and actions are consistent/inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach/praise in the moment.
