ABOUT THE ROLE

GlobalERP Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Business & Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day operations, outreach, and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, organizing data, and contributing to marketing initiatives while being open to taking on additional responsibilities as the company grows.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Update and maintain company website content on WordPress.
  • Create, design, and schedule posters, graphics, and social media marketing content.
  • Send out weekly email communications/newsletters (reading classes, updates, etc.)
  • Manage and track Zoho CRM and Excel sheets for leads, payments, and engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, outreach strategies, and competitor insights.
  • Explore and experiment with AI tools to support productivity and marketing.
  • Provide support on other administrative or business needs as assigned.
