OPERATIONS

• To carry out opening and closing procedures following standard operating procedures.
• To process payments in line with Resort procedures.
• To assist in organising competitions and other events, to help make them a success.
• To organise and control play ensuring that customers receive the best service and enjoyment during their day.
• To perform basic club repairs and custom fitting to the standard required to generate maximum customer satisfaction.
• To organise and control the practice facilities ensuring enjoyable customer experience.
• To organise and control the hire of all relevant equipment rentals.
• To oversee the driving range operation daily, ensuring the driving range is operating safely and ball supply is adequate.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties and responsibilities required for the day to day running of the golf operation, reporting to the Golf Operations Manager and working as a core member of the Golf Operations team.
Under the direction of the Golf Operations Manager, oversee the daily golf business, welcome and check in members, guests and visitors, organise and deliver coaching for individuals and groups, assist in organising and running competitions, perform club repairs and custom fitting.
