JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create marketing material to brand standards for various marketing campaigns, from initial ideation to final deliverables, contributing in all aspects of the creative process including ideation, mock-ups, concept development and final deliverable.
  • Prepare high-level presentations where needed with data visualisation and illustration to enhance.
  • Assist with creating events materials such as exhibition assets and signage.
  • Assist with office space branding.
  • Design and build assets for social media in static posts, animated GIF’s and video formats.
  • Respond to feedback on drafts, making or challenging suggested changes.
  • Use and evolve our visual identity and approaches for our internal facing audience.
  • Champion the brand to help drive standards and consistency across all marketing and internal communications channels, ensuring the corporate brand and technical excellence standards are properly represented in all outputs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer to support the newly expanding design team in creating visual content for both internal and external audiences across various media platforms, including digital, video, presentations, print and social media.
While you will support both marketing and internal communications activities, you will spend the majority of time supporting internal communications design activities. You will be responsible for assisting with tasks such as designing marketing materials, developing visual concepts, preparing mockups, and editing images.
You will work with the creative lead to refine design ideas, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, project objectives and effective design principles. As a junior designer you will also be responsible for managing design assets, implementing feedback, and being a guardian of the brand.
