Royal Ascot Golf Club are looking for a skilled and motivated Greenkeeper to help maintain our golf course to the highest standard.
Royal Ascot Golf Club aims to provide an inviting and enjoyable experience by ensuring the course and facilities are maintained to the highest quality.
This is a exciting opportunity to join a progressive team with a “can do attitude”.
The club are have recently completed a bunker renovation project coupled with other significant investment going into the course including a machinery replacement programme and staff facilities.

Responsibilities.

• Preforming regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, watering, fertilising, aeration work.
• Handling and maintaining turf care equipment.
• Ensuring that all golf course equipment and tools are in good working order.
• Operating and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Working closely with the Course manager and deputy course manager to address any issues on the course.

Qualifications.

• NVQ level 2 in sports turf.
• Minimum of 1 years greenkeeping experience.
• PA 1,2 and 6 (Desirable)
• Chainsaw ( Desirable)

The role is 40 hours per week and weekends on rota included in the salary with some overtime during the summer months.
25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
The applicant must hold a UK driving license.
