POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is a full-time position that will focus on producing the highest quality, and highest yielding crop possible. The individual will report to the greenhouse owner and grower to co-create and develop strategies for optimal plant growth.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of plant growth and strategies for optimal pepper production
  • Knowledge of irrigation, boiler, and climate systems
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure crop health is maintained
  • Adaptability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A University Degree or College Diploma in Agriculture
  • 1-3 years experience working with greenhouse crops
    Job Type: Full-time
