The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
The Assistant Guest Services Manager, reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, oversees the daily operations of the Transportation and Property Services Team. In this role you will effectively manage and yield the car park product at the property through effective technology use and instilling a premium service standard

ABOUT US

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the transport labour costs and operating expenses ensuring operational requirements are met.
  • Oversee and ensure all attendants adhere to all cash handling procedures, and record all cheque, money and room charge transactions in the MICROS system
  • Manage and issue monthly invoices to all corporate parking accounts
  • Ensure accurate and relevant car park occupancy figures are monitored and recorded via the use of the Car Parking System
  • Manage the programming of car park vouchers and validation of access cards.
