Hourly Rate: $20 - $30/hour (commensurate with experience)

Our salon specializes in high-end hair extensions, and we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Owner and help drive the continued success of the business.
As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Owner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage client relations, coordinate marketing efforts, and help execute strategies that position us as the leading salon in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage the Owner’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle email communications and prepare drafts on behalf of the Owner.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client appointments.
Client & Service Management:
Oversee salon scheduling and appointment bookings for high-demand services (nano bead hair extensions).
Manage client communications, ensuring appointment confirmations and satisfaction follow-ups.
Track client feedback and assist in addressing any concerns promptly.
Marketing & Social Media Support:
Assist with executing social media strategies, including posting content, engaging with clients, and tracking campaign performance.
Help manage influencer and brand ambassador partnerships, ensuring content delivery and tracking engagement.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and assist with content creation.
Inventory & Vendor Management:
Maintain inventory records and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of hair extensions and salon products.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality products are delivered on time.
Financial Administration:
Assist in tracking daily transactions, client payments, and vendor invoices.
Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate hours and commissions are recorded.
Team & Operations Support:
Coordinate staff schedules and assist with performance tracking.
Aid in onboarding new employees and assist with ongoing training programs.
Support the operations team with daily tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Event Coordination Qualifications:
Help plan and execute salon events, including VIP client events, training programs, and product launches.
Manage logistics such as guest lists, catering, and event schedules.
Qualifications
We are welcoming interns to this role
0-2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, would be preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Google Drive and social media platforms.
Experience in the beauty industry or with client-facing businesses is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
