The Duke is one of Barrow’s busiest hotels – 51 bedrooms, a lively bar and a reputation for excellent food. We’re looking for an Assistant Head Chef to join the team and help drive the kitchen forward.
This is the perfect role if you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef ready for your next challenge. You’ll be stepping into a big, busy kitchen with plenty of variety – from hotel breakfasts to working lunches, evening suppers and private events. And with the festive season ahead, you’ll get hands-on experience running a kitchen through one of the most exciting (and busiest) times of year.
