Do you have an eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to lead a team to excellence? At Perle Hotels, we’re looking for an Assistant Head Housekeeper to help us deliver unforgettable stays across our three stunning hotels in Portree, Isle of Skye.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, across Monday-Sunday) offering the chance to grow your career while living and working in one of Scotland’s most spectacular destinations.

As our Assistant Head Housekeeper, you’ll work alongside the Cluster Head Housekeeper to:
Lead, train, and inspire the housekeeping team.
Ensure every bedroom and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Oversee schedules, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
Maintain compliance with all hygiene, safety, and COSHH procedures.
Create a supportive, motivated team environment where staff thrive and guests feel truly cared for.
Your leadership will help us deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure our hotels remain places people love to stay.
