What you can do for us: Assist our Head Housekeeper in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand Standards for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence with a high level of attention to detail Assist the Head Housekeeper with ownership of the departments payroll budget, keeping it in line with overall property budget/forecast Assist the Head Housekeeper with ownership regarding weekly Q&E inspections Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks. Thoroughly inspect all goods received by the Housekeeping department, meticulously checking for quality and quantity. Assist our Head Housekeeper to maintain accountability for all Housekeeping equipment, guaranteeing its optimal functionality. Keep sufficient inventory levels to ensure seamless operations, and make timely purchases when required.
