Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: develop individualized plan of care and ensure implementation of the same through timely follow-ups incorporate theoretical concepts and advanced clinical skills into practice coordinate all processes for patient care and ensure timely delivery of all core processes participate in multidisciplinary rounds as applicable and plan patient care accordingly organize workload and set priorities appropriately ensure that all reportable cases are communicated to supervisor verbally and through shift reports quickly and appropriately respond in conflicts or crisis in patient care areas. teach and mentor new staff in the area and ensure that quality care is delivered to the patients coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of patient care assess patient care and acuity trends, plan and manage unit, make staffing arrangements and ensure availability of required supplies, equipment and other resources Requirements: You should have: a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school, preferably a Master’s degree in the same at least two years of nursing experience and a valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation in-depth knowledge of health and safety measures excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office willingness to work in shift duties. Responsibilities
