Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Perform follow up from pre-transplant clinic screening until the long term post-transplant for least one year. coordinate with intra department team for timely reporting of diagnostic evaluation that includes: radiology, laboratory and others support services. offer ongoing education for transplant patients and their families. develop post-transplant report of patient’s clinical condition and update to the team and post transplant work up. facilitate besides recipient evaluation and also complete work up donor evaluation as well as that demonstrates the complete preparedness of a pair ready to transplant. maintain dashboard indicators as needed. Requirements: You should have: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school minimum three years of nursing experience valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training and Facilitation course excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills willingness to work in shift duties (morning, evening and night). Comprehensive Employment Reference Checks will be conducted.
