Looking for a change of company and have previous experience as an Assistant or Duty Holiday Park Manager?
Reporting to the Park Manager, this role requires an energetic, ambitious, and conscientious individual who will be accountable for the efficiency of all operational aspects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services and experiences.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must
  • Leadership experience in the holiday park industry

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the holiday park industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving performance targets and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to statutory legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and promotional skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Park Manager across all areas of the holiday park, taking accountability for daily operations.
  • Assist in delivering performance targets related to budget, stock levels, and cost control.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe, clean, and appealing environment for our guests.
  • Ensure each department consistently performs to the highest standards.
  • Operate the Park according to company policies, procedures, and statutory legal requirements.
  • Provide additional coaching and development for individuals as needed.
  • Promote the park and company appropriately in the local vicinity to position Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks as the employer and holiday provider of choice.
  • Communicate the company’s vision and budgetary requirements to staff members, providing feedback on park and company performance.
