You coach, motivate, and support your team – and you’re ready to step onto the floor whenever it gets busy. Together, you create an experience where guests enjoy not just their meal, but the service as well.

• Lead Shift Managers, Team Trainers, and crew members on a daily basis
• Support with scheduling, workforce planning, and recruitment of new colleagues
• Coach and motivate your team, conduct performance and evaluation reviews
• Safeguard the quality and appearance of the store according to HACCP standards
• Handle guest questions and complaints in a professional and welcoming way
• Monitor costs and profitability together with the Hospitality Manager, optimizing staff deployment
• Be active on the floor during peak moments – visible, engaged, and hands-on
