Working Tuesday to Saturday (daytimes only) (Set days off Sunday & Monday)
The is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager, overseeing the successful running of the Forge Café daily operations.
The role is permanent, full time between the hours of 8.30am -5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday.
This will be a great opportunity for an existing manager wishing to work within an ambitious setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Forge Café and continually driving the best possible standard of food and beverage
  • Develop relationships with our valued members and customers
  • Ordering and stock control, rotas and staff management
  • Maintaining hygiene and health and safety standards

Required skills

We will provide training, however we are looking for someone with experience in cafe management.

  • Must be confident and passionate about what you do
  • Must be proactive and organised
  • Must be able to multitask and manage your time well
  • Must be able to work Saturdays. (Closed days are Sunday and Monday)

Experience:

  • Cafe management: 2 year (preferred)
  • Coffee: 2 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality management: 3 years
