Responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient, seamless operations. Training, coaching, and supervising front desk agents. Managing financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Monitoring guest feedback and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
