Job Description Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Hotel Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to overall property performance. About the Role: As the Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Hotel Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the property. You’ll lead by example, drive service excellence, and ensure all departments operate cohesively to achieve guest satisfaction and business targets. Key Responsibilities: Support the Hotel Manager with the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Provide strong leadership to front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Ensure the delivery of outstanding guest service and swift resolution of guest issues. Assist with rostering, recruitment, training, and performance management. Maintain property presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. Oversee financial performance including cost control, productivity, and revenue opportunities. Support compliance across WHS, security, and company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or assistant management role. Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development. Ability to work across varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
